The service

Adiniculae Promotion is operated by Adi Niculae for the Bear in Motion and Song of the Day music projects. The public blog presents music and editorial material; social analytics is an authenticated administrative feature. It imports available statistics, helps administrators relate posts to tracks and campaigns, and supports human review of promotional drafts. It does not publish, edit, schedule or delete posts on social platforms.

Authorized use

Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to administer. Before connecting, read and accept the Privacy Policy and these terms. Protect your administrative access. Do not attempt to access another project’s accounts, bypass platform restrictions, impersonate an owner, or use imported data for harassment, surveillance, unlawful profiling or resale. Social platforms and their content remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services and accuracy

By using the YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google, Meta and TikTok permissions, API limitations, reviews and availability apply. Some statistics are delayed, incomplete or unavailable; observations and cumulative counts do not establish causal impact. The service does not guarantee growth, reach, sales, API access or platform approval. Any AI-generated draft requires human review and is not automatically published.

Disconnecting and termination

You may withdraw access and delete imported account data using the dashboard or the deletion procedure. This does not remove content from the original platform. Administrative access may be restricted for security, loss of authorization or misuse. No paid subscription to this administrative integration is offered here. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
