Remove imported social account data

Open Studio editorial → Promovare, select the project and locate the connected account. Choose “Revocă accesul și șterge datele” and confirm. Imported posts, statistics, snapshots, social-to-campaign links and encrypted account credentials covered by that authorization are erased. The same grant may cover Facebook and Instagram accounts or both music projects. Your original social posts, music catalog, media files and editorial campaigns are not deleted.

Request deletion without dashboard access

Email [email protected] with subject “Adiniculae Promotion data deletion”. Identify the platform and the public account/channel URL, and say which data you want removed. We may verify control of the account before erasure. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens or identity documents. Verified requests are completed as soon as possible and within seven calendar days, with confirmation by reply.

Revoke at the platform

You can also remove the application in Google account permissions, Facebook Business Integrations / Apps and Websites, or TikTok Settings → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions. Meta/TikTok revocation notifications trigger erasure when received and verified. Periodic authorization checks remove data when platform authorization has expired or been revoked. If you need immediate erasure after removing access externally, send the request above.

A Meta deletion request returns a private confirmation code and a status URL. The status reveals completion only, never account information. Confirmation status is retained for 30 days. Deletion here never deletes content from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
